The Argentina Football Association (AFA) has apologized for an "involuntary error" in a manual.

They dispersed this manual as a guide to the upcoming World Cup. The "error" was an entire section which detailed the best way to entice Russian ladies .
At a course entitled "Russian Language and Culture," introduced by Russian dialect instructor Eduardo Pennisi at AFA's central command in Buenos Aires on Tuesday, World Cup-bound officials, players, mentors and writers saw a page titled "
What to do to have an opportunity with a Russian woman."
Those in participation were requested in the middle of the class to hand the manuals back in. Later they were given back with the questionable pages expelled.
The AFA opened an examination, and on Wednesday issued an announcement which stated:
"The Department of Education of the Argentina Football Association announces that after an internal investigation carried out with respect to what happened yesterday during a course on Russian language and culture, we have concluded that part of the material given was erroneously printed.
"The teacher in charge of the course selected information to give to those in attendance but unfortunately, when printing it, due to an involuntary error, he included the text that was never a part of the course.
"Having notified the personnel of the department, we proceeded to have it immediately removed. We lament that such mistake has overshadowed what was important on the date...
"We express our most sincere apologies to those that were affected by the publication which in no way reflects the thinking of the Argentina Football Association, nor of its president Claudio Tapia or any of its executives."
Clarin, the largest newspaper in Argentina, tweeted a photo of the disputable pages while Pennisi disclosed to Clarin that the AFA endorsed the manual, which he composed, and that the disputed pages were not composed with the terrible intentions like it's been made out to be.
"Russian women like men who are strong leaders," read one section. "If you don't believe in yourself then you have to work on talking with numerous ladies."
Another read: "Regularly, Russian ladies focus on imperative things, obviously, you will discover ladies who focus on material things - on cash, if you are visually appealing, what you say. Do not stress. There are numerous excellent ladies in Russia and not every one of them are for you. Be particular in your choices."
